Srinagar District Administration bids warm farewell to outgoing ADDC Rifat Aftab Qureshi

SRINAGAR SEPTEMBER 02:- The District Administration Srinagar on Wednesday organized an impressive function at Meeting Hall of the DC Office Complex to bid a warm farewell to the outgoing Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Rifat Aftab Qureshi, who has been transferred and posted as Director Command Area Development, Kashmir.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo, was the Chief Guest on the occasion, who presided over the function.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mir Imtiyaz Ul Aziz, Additional Deputy Commissioner Aadil Fareed, Chief Planning Officer, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, SDM East Zubair Ahmad, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Umar Gulzar, other Senior Officers and Officials of the District Administration Srinagar attended the farewell function and appreciated the contributions made by Rifat Aftab Qureshi during his tenure.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner extended his best wishes to the outgoing Officer for her future endeavours in public service. He lauded her dedicated services, professionalism and valuable contribution to the developmental scenario of the District.
The DC also acknowledged her efforts in ensuring the effective implementation of various developmental programmes and maintaining close coordination among different departments.
The Officers and Officials present on the occasion extended their best wishes to the outgoing ADDC for her future endeavours and expressed hope that she would continue to achieve greater success in her new assignment.
In her address, the outgoing ADDC expressed her gratitude to the Officers and Officials of the District Administration Srinagar for their active support and cooperation during her tenure as ADDC, Srinagar.
