Super Motors EV Launches Electric Mobility Venture in Jammu

Super Motors EV Private Limited, a pioneering electric mobility startup based in Jammu & Kashmir, officially launched its electric mobility journey on September 21, 2026. The event marked its robust entry into the burgeoning electric two-wheeler market.

This significant launch is not only about promoting electric mobility; it aims to create pathways for local youth, entrepreneurs, and technical professionals through diverse sales, service, and distribution activities. The initiative underscores the commitment to fostering local economic development while promoting sustainable transport.

The launch event featured the unveiling of the Founders Club as part of the Early Buyer and Partner Participation Programme. This program includes enticing incentives for the first 500 buyers. Eligible customers will enjoy special privileges such as an optional vehicle buyback programme after five years, contingent on specific ownership criteria and programme terms.

Additionally, Super Motors has introduced a First-Buyer PIN Code Allocation. This allows early customers a dedicated PIN code reservation under the exclusive Super Motors First Buyer Quota.

In an innovative move, the company launched SMEVC, a digital community utility token built on the BNB Smart Chain. This initiative aims at enhancing customer loyalty, encouraging community participation, and establishing governance mechanisms that involve both riders and network partners.

The Partner Participation Programme (PSOP) is designed to empower local entrepreneurs and service professionals, offering them vital technical training, commercial partnerships, and regional distribution opportunities.

Sushant Bakshi, Managing Director of Super Motors EV Private Limited, emphasized the company’s vision during the launch. He stated, “Our journey begins in Jammu & Kashmir because we want the growth of Super Motors to mean more than just another vehicle brand.” Bakshi reiterated the goal of creating an ecosystem where local youth can acquire technical skills, build successful careers, and actively engage in the emerging clean mobility sector.

Madhu Sudan, Director of Super Motors EV, expressed enthusiasm about exploring new models of community engagement through digital and partner initiatives. “Through SMEVC and our partner programmes, we are exploring ways to bring riders, service providers, and the Super Motors community closer together,” he remarked.

The event highlighted a public demonstration of the newly launched electric vehicle by Amit Rampal, a well-known actor and television star, further boosting the visibility of this initiative.

The launch programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Shweta Bakshi, reflecting the collaborative spirit of this entrepreneurial venture.
